The firm was founded in the year 1922 by Late Mumtazuddin who was associated with his father - Late Sanshul Haque. With the combined efforts of his brothers - Zia-ul-haque, Samsul Aviteen, Md. Sayeed and Zammerul Haque, they took the company to greater heights during the second World War in 1942.

In 1996, after the death of Mumtazuddin, his only son Late Merajuddin took over the charge in his hands. Over a period of time, his son Firozuddin took over the business.

The company presently has five showrooms in Kolkata and we are continuously diversifying in other products like Imported Furniture and Mobile Phones.
